The Annual Canadian Birdstrike Workshop was held on October 4th to 7th, 2016 in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Carrying on the tradition started by the Associate Committee on Bird Hazards to Aircraft and carried on by Birdstrike Committee Canada, the eve n was an informative and motivating forum for making progress on key wildlife management issues facing Canada’s airports today.
Pierre Molina, member of the steering committee and FES VP Environmental Consultation, attended the conference and hosted some of the workshops. Pierre was accompanied by Chris Hawkins, FES Senior Airport Supervisor.
