Am I going to be tied into a contract?
There are no contracts with FALCON. The license allows you to use the software on 3 tablets and its one license per airport.
The other license you will have to purchase is from FILEMAKER, a performant data management system, which is $350.
How do I sign up?
You simply have to contact our software department by email or by phone at (450) 458-1333 (choose option 1 in the menu).
What if I take more than one software. Any deal?
If you take two or more of the softwares, we offer a special price for the bundle.
How about the upgrades?
As long as you use the software and we manage the data hosting, you will get the upgrades for free.
How do I manage the data?
FALCON provides the data hosting for a reasonable price per year on our secured server. The software allows you to produce the report you need, but if you wanted the raw dat, this can be rapidly provided to you upon request.
Can I use my own tablet ?
The software cost does not include the cost of the tablet. WRS only works on a desktop/laptop computer. AMS and WMS only works on a MAC OS Tablet (iPAD). Yes you can provide your own tablet as long as it system requirements are met.
We can also provide the software on a turnkey system which include the software and ready to use tablet.
How about support in case I need help ?
In your first year, we offer customization of the software for free (maps, users, reporting,…) and a 40 hours supports with our software department.
Do I get training to use the software?
Yes. A full day onsite is included to the users of the software. Transport and accommodation not included.
